When you should reach out to us

 

Out of Scope
When a project has gone out of scope or you feel like it is going out of scope reach out to us early to update the contract

Client MIA
If your client has become a ghost or you are not getting clear feedback 

 

Disrespectful behavior
If a client is being disrespectful or you feel uncomfortable in the project

Money discussions
If the client starts asking you what your estimate is please refer to us. We manage all money conversations so client sees on cost (yours + ours)

 

 

 

Some suggestions on managing clients


Set a “Responsiveness Policy”
Let your clients know when best to reach you and how.

Personal space
No texting or calling clients after hours unless otherwise discussed

Private information
Refrain from sharing private information or personal information

Keep it professional
Present yourself professionally, arrive on time and prepared, and respect both your time and the client's

Overly communicate
From our experience the more communication the smoother a project goes
