#05 Quit Underperforming w/ Josh Perry

Today we're talking with Josh Perry about optimizing our brain-body connection to improve personal and professional performance.

Josh is a speaker, X Games athlete, and holistic brain health coach. He encourages clients to take control of their physical and mental health by being more aware of their own thought patterns and choices.

His philosophy is rooted in the idea that resilience isn’t an inherent trait, but rather a skill you can develop with practice. The idea that our health and success is a direct result of our choices and beliefs gives his clients the agency they need to improve their lives and unlock their full potential.

Background:

  • Retired professional BMXer and X games competitor
  • Developer of the MITO (Mastering Intentions with Tactical Optimization) system
  • Individual and team coaching sessions for better time management, focus, and productivity
  • Josh is a multiple brain tumor survivor, and credits the keto diet with keeping his condition in check
  • He suspected something was wrong for a year before his diagnosis, but was denied an MRI until he got a head injury while riding BMX
  • Avid golfer
