Brian Alvo is a leadership coach and founder of the Next Gen Center, a leadership community that provides training and resources to growth-minded professionals. He offers workshops and one on one coaching designed to help participants identify their strengths and better-define their roles within their network. 

One of the key components to the process is the CliftonStrengths assessment, a kind of professional personality quiz that identifies the assets and liabilities associated with each of 34 possible themes.
